Thale Hetland Devig abducted my daughter Mathea in 2018!!!

My daughter Mathea is missing. She was abducted by her mother (Brooke Kristine Devig/Thale Hetland Devig) in 2018 and my daughter Mathea has not been seen since. 

Mathea has been abducted from Norway to the United States of America.

The mother escaped from the child welfare service in Norway and took our common daughter Mathea to the United States - 
Hawaii, Honolulu HI.

I am the father of the child, and really need help finding my child. So she can come home to her family in Norway.

Mother and daughter are Norwegian citizens and originally from Norway.
